Muse Developments and Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council have handed over the keys to a new headquarters for global pharmaceutical giant, Eli Lilly and Company. The 45,000 sq ft Grade A office building, built in line with government guidelines by Muse’s sister company, Morgan Sindall Construction, will become Lilly’s new home once its fitout completes, where it will move from its current campus facility on Priestley Road in Basingstoke. With funding from the Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership and support from the council’s Invest to Grow fund, the new development is located within the Basing View Enterprise Zone and is the first pre-let office building in the M3 corridor for many years.
