Muse to deliver Horsham Enterprise Park regeneration scheme

Muse Developments has been appointed by West Sussex County Council as its preferred development partner to deliver Horsham Enterprise Park.

The 18.5-acre park will deliver up to 270,000 sq ft of high-quality employment space, including offices, R&D facilities and an enterprise hub; up to 300 new homes, with a 35% affordable housing provision and local amenities surrounded by generous outdoor spaces for the community to enjoy.

Alongside this the scheme will celebrate the iconic 1930s Art Deco central building and the grand avenue of blue cedar trees across the development.

‘To receive the news that our submission to West Sussex County Council to deliver Horsham Enterprise Park had been successful, is testament to the hard work of everyone involved in the bid process,’ said development director, Duncan Cumberland.
