We are looking to appoint a number of passionate, hardworking, dynamic team players with a positive attitude to join one of the country’s most exciting local authorities.
You will assist in delivering a variety of work including property management, valuation, acquisitions, property development and sales, to support the City Council’s Land and Property Portfolio. You will gain practical work experience across three business areas; Investment Property Management, Property Valuations and Sales and Operational Property Management.
The apprenticeship will provide the necessary knowledge skills and behaviours to join a professional institute at introductory level and gain a Level 3 Surveyor standard.

You will need a minimum of four GCSEs at Grade A/8 – C/4 including Mathematics, English Language and ICT or an equivalent qualification such as BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Construction or Property at Merit or Distinction level. You will undertake and complete an appropriate full Apprenticeship standards including attending Solihull college 1 day per week.
