Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you’ll work influentially and strategically across agendas including organisational design, organisational development, and culture (including equality, diversity and inclusion). You’ll be an experienced, inspiring and knowledgeable expert on the full range of people and workforce issues, including employee relations. We’re looking for an impressive track record of leaving organisations stronger than you find them, and your credibility, integrity and resilience will set you apart.
