You’ll work effectively across a complex and multi disciplinary context, capitalising on our considerable strengths and excellent track record. Building positive and collaborative relationships with partners, you’ll oversee an already high performing team with the potential to become even better.

Candidates need extensive experience of commissioning, procuring and overseeing high-quality services. A comprehensive grasp of children’s and adults’ social care is a must, as is the ability to shape and embed a genuinely integrated approach – so that whether you’re growing up or growing old, Plymouth is a great place to be.
