The Revenues service has a clear purpose to deliver the billing, collection and recovery of Council Tax, Business Rates and Business Improvement District (BID) levies within the North Yorkshire area.
Role summary…
As a Revenues Officer specialising in Business Improvement District levies you will assist in maximising the revenue generated from the accurate billing and collection of BIDS, Business Rates and Council Tax. You would be expected to engage with customers and service users on a regular basis, understand and correctly interpret policies, procedures and legislation and be able to identify the needs/requirements of customers which could be of a sensitive or complex nature.
