Lambeth Legal Services prides itself in providing an excellent legal advice service to its clients and is Lexcel and ISO accredited.   We are seeking an experienced and resilient lawyer to join our busy and dynamic property legal team of 3 lawyers and 1 paralegal.

The successful candidates will be required to hit the ground running and undertake a full property caseload of both commercial and residential property law, with some court room advocacy attendance.  

You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience of working in a diverse organisation, delivering a customer focused role and taking ownership of issues.

As an in-house property lawyer you will also be responsible for making a positive contribution to the continuous improvement in the quality and cost effectiveness of the service within a busy, friendly and supportive team.

You will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister practising in England and Wales.

In return, we provide administrative and paralegal support. We work in an innovative environment with flexible ways of working, which includes working from home arrangements. We use an electronic case management and digital mail so candidates need to be highly IT literate. 

The experienced lawyer may also be eligible for an additional 8% of recruitment and retention allowance subject to terms and conditions as well as a competitive salary, 26 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) increasing to 34 days after 10 years continuous service, a contributory pension scheme, flexible working, exciting opportunities for learning and career development and an engaging working environment.
