The aim of the EMSMP, hosted by East Midlands Councils is to deliver flagship government asylum, refugee and resettlement schemes across the region alongside providing a regional advisory, development, and consultation function for member organisations from the statutory, voluntary, community and private sectors - for the co-ordination and provision of advice, support and services for migrants.

This vital programme manager role will lead the identification of opportunities for increasing capacity, reducing costs, and enhancing the development and delivery of services and support across the Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC) care system.

Significant experience and effectiveness in delivering programmes and projects of high risk and complexity and skills in engaging and building relationships with local authorities and wider partners/stakeholders is essential.
