This role plays a critical role in assisting homeless and potentially homeless households to access accommodation in the private rented sector. To develop and run the Wyre Forest District Council Rent Bond Scheme. This will include recruiting landlords, publicising the scheme, signing up tenants and dealing with any management issues that may affect a tenancy.
2 years minimum experience of working in a housing related role. Educated to A level standard and with 5 GCSE A – C including maths and English, Or equivalent.
Experience of working in a customer facing role, in a Local Authority, Housing Association or private rented sector Good communication and negotiation skills Good IT skills
