Applications are invited for a full time position within one of our neighbourhood housing teams
The primary purpose of the neighbourhood housing officer is to ensure our tenancies are sustained through proactive intervention by delivering a range of advice, support, prevention and enforcement measures.
You will take ownership of a neighbourhood area and deliver local services targeted at the needs of the neighbourhood and its residents.
You will work as part of a highly motivated team which is proactive and customer focussed to ensure that our estates are clean, safe and thriving places where people want to live.
Duties will include the general management of housing estates and tenancies including income collection, tenancy enforcement, taking responsibility for resolving customer enquiries and working seamlessly with the wider housing service and our partners.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer care skills and a commitment to delivering high quality customer focused housing services.
