We are responding to these challenges with comprehensive policies programmes and investment including the Borderlands Inclusive Growth Deal major infrastructure projects development of a Cycling and Walking programme and close partnership with District Partners in the development of Local Plans and delivery of Town Deals.

We are now looking to appoint a Transport Planner to strengthen the team with motivated and skilled professional to manage programmes of work to develop projects and others to undertake technical work. 

We require an individual with knowledge and experience in infrastructure scheme development cycling and walking transport modelling/economic appraisal and/or planning to join a friendly and supportive team to drive proposals forward and effect real change.
