To work with rough sleepers and those at risk of homelessness to assist them to access or sustain accommodation.
To support Rough Sleepers and those at risk of rough sleeping off the streets and into emergency accommodation .
To work alongside the customer to create a pathway plan into sustainable housing that includes addressing barriers to rehousing.
To deliver a pre-tenancy programme for homeless and potentially homeless households living within emergency accommodation.
To develop positive relationships and pathways with organisations to ensure early reporting, intervention and support is available for households .
Previous experience in working in a housing environment or similar
Experience of working with vulnerable and/or homeless households
Experience of providing support to vulnerable households
