You will be accountable for:

  • Representing Redbridge at regional and national levels, influencing policy and securing investment.

This is a role with real breadth and impact—supporting community wellbeing, economic opportunity, and sustainable development across Redbridge.

About You

  • Substantial senior experience in local government or a comparable complex organisation.
  • A strong track record in regeneration, housing, planning, or environmental services.
  • Deep understanding of local government policy, legislation, and funding frameworks.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation and delivering improved outcomes.
  • Political acumen and the ability to work effectively with elected Members and stakeholders.
  • A collaborative, inclusive leadership style and commitment to community engagement.
