There are therefore huge opportunities for future placemaking, economic growth and even greater devolution across theEast Midlands. This role will  drive forward the delivery of housing development and infrastructure projects across the region. As Director for Housing and Regeneration you will lead development and delivery of EMCCA’s extensive housing and regeneration policy and delivery programmes, co-ordinating pioneering approaches to place-based working andnegotiating landmark funding deals and partnerships with public and private sectors.

You will also champion and co-develop inclusive housing, land and development policy and strategy in the region including directly with Whitehall and with local authority partners and local communities.
