As our new Director of Property, Procurement and Capital, you will play a critical role in helping to shape the future of our borough and our council. You will oversee the rationalisation of our estate and drive commercial outcomes across our portfolio, championing strong contract management in particular. Working closely with colleagues across and beyond the council, you will ensure that we maximise the potential of our own assets to drive regeneration and economic growth.
