As Director of Property and Major Projects, you will oversee Merton’s growing portfolio of over 700 assets and bring forward a new estates strategy and business plan. A strong collaborator, you will work with colleagues across the council to ensure that investment decisions around our schools, leisure centres, civic buildings, depots and community assets are financially prudent, aligned with the MTFS and improve the borough’s assets for communities.
