We are looking to appoint a number of passionate, hardworking, dynamic team players with a positive attitude to join one of the country’s most exciting local authorities.
You will help deliver transport and highways infrastructure for Commonwealth Games, HS2, Clean Air Zone, major developments at Curzon and Smithfield together with a range of transport improvements that support economic growth and modal shift.
You will be given the opportunity to gain practical office and site work experience across the disciplines within the Transport & Connectivity and Highways & Infrastructure service areas.
The apprenticeship will provide necessary knowledge, skills and behaviours to join a professional institution at introductory level and gain a Civil Engineering Level 3 standard.

You will need a minimum of four GCSEs at Grade A/8 – C/4 including mathematics and English Language or an equivalent qualification such as BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Construction or Engineering at Merit or Distinction level. You will undertake and complete an appropriate full Apprenticeship standards including attending Solihull College 1 day per week.
