The ability to be adaptable, influence and inspire is essential. You will support modern ways of working through commercialisation and a business-like approach to support a financially sustainable Council. With a varied background in delivery of a variety/breadth of services, you will be experienced in balancing strategic leadership with operational delivery. You will have extensive public sector knowledge, including an excellent understanding of local government law and finance and a clear view of priorities.
