As Chief Executive, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the Council’s corporate and strategic objectives and ensuring there is a robust infrastructure in place to deliver these with our residents’ and staff needs at the heart. You will lead the Executive and Senior Management Team to deliver resident focused services and to increase performance on a sustainable basis in order to deliver the best outcomes for our residents and the Borough.

We are looking for an inspirational and experienced senior leader to join our thriving team. Collaborative and confident, you will bring a track record of achievement to make the right decisions for our Borough, residents and communities together with a good understanding of all areas within the Council and strong experience of the political interface
