Campbell Tickell are proud to be recruiting to the role of Assistant Director (Regeneration Delivery) at Bury Council.

There is circa £1/4 bn investment of regeneration in the borough and having recently secured £40M from the government levelling up funds, we are making huge investments.  We want to create housing choices that support local affordability whilst also bringing choice that attracts local and international inward investment supporting sustainable economic growth. 

As the Assistant Director (Regeneration Delivery) you will report directly to newly appointed Director of Regeneration taking responsibility for driving forward major physical regeneration proposals, bringing a commercial approach to the land and property assets.  You will take a lead on One Public Estates activities, inward investment and relationships with key businesses ensuring all areas of activities are aligned with the councils 2030 strategy.
