We have a vacancy for an Assistant Director for Asset Management to lead the department and develop the City Council’s Asset Management and Disposal Strategy across the Council’s asset portfolio.
With full responsibility for the successful delivery of the Asset Management Division, the Assistant Director will have autonomy to manage the operational day to day functions as well as developing new strategies to maximise the asset portfolio.
To apply, we require a successful track record in senior asset management and membership to Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors or equivalent.
