Foreign & Commonwealth Office
If you are passionate about creating inclusive working environments and have experience of dealing with harassment issues in the workplace, this role could be for you.
As Anti-Harassment Co-ordinator you will join our Human Resources Directorate as the single point of contact advising and supporting the FCO’s global network.
You will provide a consistent, customer-centred approach. Your objective support, specialist advice and considered use of HR channels will help lead to the right resolution in each case.
A leading voice on the subject, we will also want you to champion best practice – inspiring HR and senior leadership to improve the way we prevent, identify, address and resolve harassment.
You must be a British Citizen to apply. We also ask that you have a relevant degree or a comparable level of working expertise and experience in a similar role within a large organisation. This could come from time spent in employment law, human resources, psychology, dispute resolution, counselling or social work. It is the skill with which you have addressed, resolved and prevented workplace harassment that will stand out.
All FCO employees are encouraged to develop their own their skills and capabilities. You will have access to support and resources from high quality providers as well as mentors and coaches. In terms of other benefits, we offer flexible working alongside generous annual leave, a Civil Service pension, staff bonuses and recognition, childcare support and an employee assistance programme.
Apply before 11:55 pm on Monday 9th March 2020
