You are invited to the launch of a new report from New Start, the Centre for Local Economic Strategies (CLES) and the New Economics Foundation (NEF), called Good Local Economics in the UK.
The report is the result of a year-long project visiting 10 UK cities to map and activate alternative approaches to local economics. During the event we will hear from local partners from the cities we visited and discuss what’s needed to expand and accelerate ‘good’ local economic policies and strategies. The project is funded by the Friends Provident Foundation and is part of its Resilient Economies programme. This event will also launch the second phase of this work, Accelerating Resilient City Economies.
