Tewkesbury Borough Council has appointed consultants Mace to look at the options for regenerating Tewkesbury town centre. Mace has been appointed by the local authority as its regeneration advisor and will investigate the social, economic and sustainable growth of Tewkesbury, including a key site called Spring Gardens located adjacent to the High Street. This role will involve carrying out a review of the current options for Spring Gardens, and investigating the wider town opportunities, while also considering how aspirations for the town’s regeneration can be met. Building on this, Mace will assist the council to develop a strategy on how best to deliver this exciting opportunity. Mace has a track record of successfully delivering large scale regeneration projects across the UK from inception to delivery.
