Homebuilders Hill have been appointed to deliver the first homes of the Aylesbury Estate regeneration project in south London by Notting Hill Genesis. The estate regeneration project is a long-term partnership between Notting Hill Genesis and the London borough of Southwark. The £70m contract will see 229 new homes built on a parcel of land known as ‘package a’ at the junction of Bradenham Close and Westmoreland Road. Of those, 84% will be available for social rent, including 54 extra care units and 7 homes for people with learning difficulties.
