Empty homes event launched to aid industry experts

Finders International, a research organisation, are bringing back an event that aims to help empower Empty Home Officers and experts involved with empty properties, due to popular demand.

Join Finders International for a FREE Empty Homes Classroom Session in London. Mark your calendars for an exceptional learning event that promises insights, networking, and expertise. Join us on September 28th 2023, from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm, Prospero House, in the London Bridge area.

We are thrilled to welcome back specialist solicitors Fiona Anthony and Jennifer Batten from NP Law (Norfolk County Council) to deliver the training course titled ‘Compulsory Purchase Orders – The Basics and Beyond’. They will cover compulsory purchase orders and enforced sales, explain the circumstances in which these solutions might be used, and aid in understanding the processes involved in pursuing these routes. Tailored exclusively for Empty Home Officers and professionals engaged with empty properties in England and Wales, this event is a prime opportunity to elevate your knowledge and skills.

With past sessions receiving incredible feedback, this popular and in-demand event will provide a valuable opportunity to gain practical insights and enrich your understanding of legal solutions for vacant properties.

Complimentary lunch, refreshments, and session materials will be provided. The event is FREE to attend, but places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis so sign-up soon to avoid disappointment. To sign-up or learn more about this event, please follow the link HERE.
