The Wirral-based town has been named as one of the 25 ‘trailblazer neighbourhoods’ as part of Rachel Reeves’ Spending Review.
The concept of legacy in new communities was developed by The Prince’s Foundation (now The King’s Foundation) and first put into practice on Charles’ own land and in a range of other projects throughout the UK.
