An opportunity has arisen within Planning and Assets for two Student Placement Trainee Surveyors. This role is likely to be suited to a undergraduate of a relevant General Practice / Estate Management Surveyor degree who is looking for a placement in a dynamic and varied work environment (2019/20).
The postholder will be a member of a team responsible for ensuring pro-active management of the Council’s estate and non-operational property holdings. This role is likely to be dealing with property management matters including landlord and tenant work and leasing work, alongside property valuation and acquisition and disposal cases.
