Senior Development Management Engineer – Section 38

The Development Management Team, which is part of the Planning, Development and Flood Risk Management Group, is engaged in supporting the continued economic regeneration of Warwickshire. The developments dealt with by the team vary in scale, location and complexity,and the team is responsible for providing statutory highway advice to the Local Planning Authorities, pre-application advice, carrying out technical approvals and inspections for new road adoptions associated with developments throughout the County.
