ICT Services at Telford & Wrekin Council are searching for an enthusiastic Strategic Desktop Support Officer to join our expanding team who were BETT 2018 finalists for ICT Services and Support. This school is based in Cleobury Mortimer.
An ideal candidate would have a degree of experience of providing an ICT support service in schools and provide a customer focused reliable, flexible operational and technical support service to our Education customers. This post will support schools on a day to day basis, enabling them to operate more effectively and efficiently to improve teaching and learning through the use of ICT.
