With over 30 conservation areas, around 2000 listed buildings, and national treasures such as Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle, and Stoneleigh Abbey, we can provide you with a unique opportunity to work in an exciting heritage environment. The role will include managing a caseload of listed building consent applications, administrating a local list of heritage assets, providing advice and guidance on heritage matters to a wide range of customers, providing consultation responses on planning applications and assist with planning enforcement cases and appeals.

This is a great opportunity for an apprentice to join our busy team dealing with all aspects of Asset Management – working to manage, maintain and improve all of the Council’s homes, public spaces, car parks, offices and commercial buildings. In particular, we are looking for someone who wants to learn and is enthusiastic and organised. The apprentice will be supported by experienced staff and will be given opportunities to learn about construction and property management in our thriving towns.
