Housing Support Officer

The Housing Support Team exists to provide a comprehensive housing support service to residents within Dudley MBC with identified support needs. To enable them to maintain their home, encourage and facilitate the residents’ independence, quality of life, health and well being.

Housing Support Officers now provide a number of services including Floating Support, Drop In services, Pre Tenancy Workshops and an Employability service. We are currently looking to recruit 1 part time Housing Support Officer to join us on a 1 year contract.

Community Grants Project Manager

20 hours per week, 5 hours per day x 4 days per week

Temporary until 31st July 2021

We are looking for an experienced contract and project manager to support a new European Social Funded project for Worcestershire County Council.  If you are a dynamic individual who enjoys a varied and challenging workload this post will enable you to play a lead role in the delivery of a major new Community Grants project. You will lead on the financial management and monitoring arrangements including compliance and the preparation of grant claims together with ESF contract compliance and contract management.  The post is part of the wider Education & Skills team and will be directly supported by a discreet project support officer.  Previous experience of working on ESF projects would be advantageous.

Housing Solutions Officer

We are currently looking for a Housing Solutions Officer. The successful candidate will be part of a very busy team responsible for the delivery of homelessness services within Sandwell. This will be an ideal position for someone who is keen to  provide solutions around homelessness/prevention of homelessness and ensure the councils’ statutory housing and homelessness legislation’s are met.
