Regeneration Team Manager

An exciting opportunity has become available in the Enterprise & Growth Services Team as a Regeneration Team Manager.

The position will include:

  • Ensure the effective management of the Council’s commercial property portfolio;
  • Delivery of the Council’s Asset Strategy which includes acquisition, redevelopment & disposal of assets;
  • Delivering the Council’s enterprise & economic development functions.

External Funding Officer

·       Helps build mutually beneficial relationships between the council and external funding organisations involved in a wide range of areas, from health and wellbeing through to heritage and jobs growth

·       Supports raising additional resources from grants or funding, which in turn will help support our residents
