We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to join the Council’s Housing Renewal Team based in Bideford.
The Officer will carry out inspections of private sector properties and draw up schedules of condition & disrepair. They will also assess properties in accordance with legislation and statutory guidance and prepare enforcement notices. The role will include the registration and monitoring of Houses in Multiple Occupation in accordance with legislation and the provision of advice, information and enforcement action on empty homes.
