IPPR is looking for a talented Research Fellow to join its Migration, Integration and Communities team in IPPR North’s Manchester office. The Research Fellow will work on an exciting new research programme, led jointly by IPPR and IPPR North, exploring the local impacts of migration in Yorkshire and the Humber. The project will involve understanding the impacts of migration on local communities through in-depth qualitative research.

The Council is seeking a motivated and commercially minded full time Principal Valuer to join its successful, small, Property Services Team, which manages a varied portfolio of property and related projects. The role will provide a professional and comprehensive property management service to the Council rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations (including the annual asset valuations), lettings, acquisitions and disposals.
The rich architectural heritage of East Lindsey is an important part of its character. The District has 17 Conservation Areas and just over 1400 listed buildings along with 150 Scheduled Ancient Monuments.
