We are looking for an ambitious and proactive person enthusiastic about regeneration, town centre, tourism and development projects to join the recently established Regeneration Team. This is an exciting time for Melton Borough and the local authority will be playing a pivotal role in delivering success in terms of economic growth and prosperity within the borough.

Major Development Projects Officer

Lichfield District Council has ambitious plans to bring forward key development as part of our economic growth agenda. To help in the delivery of development the Council has created a team within its Economic Growth Service and is now looking to appoint to an officer post which will support the Major Development Projects Manager.  You will have knowledge and experience of property and regeneration activities as well as project management skills and be able to progress work tasks with the minimum of supervision.  This is a good opportunity for someone keen to develop their existing skills and knowledge in property, development and regeneration matters and make a positive difference to Lichfield district.

Following a review, this exciting new role has been created to drive business transformation in Housing Benefits service.  You would work collaboratively with the Head of Customer Services, Revenues and Benefits to support service improvement- challenging existing service delivery models and championing new ideas to bring about positive improvements in service delivery and customer outcomes.
