Senior Housing Manager

Our services have now reached full capacity and in order to respond to demand we now require a skilled director to lead the review and strategic implementation of business systems and data management along with digital investment to profitably scale up our services.

Case Manager

We require a case manager to work within the Homelessness Prevention and Response Team based at Dudley Council Plus

Hours: 37 Per Week

Location: Dudley Council Plus, 259 Castle Street, Dudley.

The successful candidate will provide effective front line housing advice, guidance and support to help prevent homelessness and to assist applicants to explore the full range of housing options available to them. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proactive approach to preventing homelessness, will be required to negotiate on behalf of households with family, landlords, letting agents, mortgage providers and others where this would help to prevent homelessness, and will need to have a good understanding of the range of prevention options available.
