Commissioning Leader: Housing Management

We recognise that the public service landscape has changed fundamentally in recent years. Financial challenges and rising residents’ expectations mean that traditional delivery models are no longer viable. So we’re reimagining our organisation for the world we’re in. We’re creating a more agile and responsive council, with a sharper commercial focus, greater flexibility to innovate, and more autonomy for professionals.

Belfast is fast becoming one of the most attractive and compelling cities in the UK and Ireland to live, work, study and visit. Our ambition, optimism and energy is clearly articulated in the Belfast Agenda, our twenty-first century community plan. We have achieved notable success with multi-£billion investment in regeneration of the city from both the private and public sectors. So we are poised for further growth and success, and we are seeking to appoint a strong leader to support us in achieving these aims.
