As Head of Property, you’ll be responsible for managing the Council’s multi-million pound estate portfolio and take the lead on the Council’s property development plans, delivering major building construction and improvement projects.
You’ll be responsible for complex and difficult judgments over future use of council property as well as contributing to the wider regeneration and development team, maximising the use of the Council’s property portfolio.
