Housing Enforcement Officer

We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to work within our small but busy Private Sector Housing team to deliver all aspects of the service including: housing inspections, taking appropriate enforcement action, licensing housing, dealing with grant/loan applications and approvals, and generally providing professional housing advice, including home energy advice, to members of the public.

Prevention Co-Ordinator

Rugby Borough Council, North Warwickshire Borough Council, Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council, Stratford-upon-Avon District Council, Warwickshire County Council and Warwick District Council are all working together on P.h.i.l (preventing homelessness improving lives).  This is an exciting new project funded by the Department of Communities and Local Government that will run initially until 31 December 2019.  The aim of the project is to prevent homelessness across Warwickshire.  The Prevention Co-Ordinator post is an essential part of the project.
