Senior Development Officer
Liverpool City Council is looking to recruit a Senior Development Officer to develop, plan, manage and implement major, or significant, physical regeneration projects across the City.
The Senior Development Officer will work with key stakeholders and other key partners to develop and sustain the ability of LCC directly or through strategic partners to further the regeneration of Liverpool.
Urban Design Officer

Liverpool City Council are looking to recruit an Enforcement Officer to co-ordinate and provide expert advice in relation to the enforcement of planning control, and to conserve the City’s heritage whilst enabling appropriate development across the City.
The Enforcement Officer will assist and direct the statutory powers of enforcement and planning control, including the investigating of complaints, the monitoring of development and liaison with other Regulatory bodies, and will assist the Planning Enforcement Manager in providing advice and guidance to Development Management.

Liverpool City Council is looking to recruit a Planning Officer to carry out a full range of Development Management functions and/or contribute to the production, implementation, monitoring and review of the Liverpool Local Plan. Conserve the City’s heritage whilst enabling appropriate development across the City.
To ensure the safe and effective day to day operational use of a waste transfer station in accordance with its Permit and provide frontline waste collection services as required, including driver/ loader on refuse collection and 7.5 tonne caged vehicles.
You will undertake visual checks on all waste delivered to the site to ensure it complies with the Permit, Council policy and procedures and work closely with other operational staff, suppliers and contractors, and maintain the transfer station and surrounding area in a clean, tidy and safe condition.
