Head of Strategy

As Head of Strategy you will be responsible for strategy and policy development for GBSLEP, including regular refreshes of the Strategic Economic Plan (SEP), and for ensuring that this work is underpinned by a robust evidence base.

You will lead refreshes of key strategic documents such as the ESIF Strategy, and the development of new ones as required, to ensure that they all align with, and help to take forward, the priorities in the Strategic Economic Plan. This work will help to support the development of a pipeline of investible propositions for the area.

Head of Delivery

As Head of Delivery you will be responsible for maximising the impact of GBSLEP funding on the delivery of Strategic Economic Plan (SEP) objectives and will provide specific programme management leadership on the delivery of the current and future Growth Deals.

You will support partners to deliver existing projects and, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, develop a pipeline of new projects, commissioning new schemes where required.  With the support of the Growth Hub Manager, we will be expecting you to evolve and deliver the implementation plan for the Growth Hub, targeted at achieving self-sustainability within a three year period.

Executive Manager for Business

As an Executive Manager, you will be pivotal to delivering the current and future growth of the GBSLEP area, involving some high profile projects.  You will be responsible for leading the strategic and policy development of the delivery of interventions to support agreed priorities.
